- Items must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
